Fees are starting to pile up for your next trip, especially for your flight.  Airlines are starting to charge fees for checking your second bag (and sometimes your first bag too).  So, in anticipation of this, make sure to take some extra steps to pack smartly.

• Pack in layers.
• Utilize clothes that can match each other in different combinations.
• Pack only what you need.
• If you cannot wear an item in more than one way, do not bring it.
• See if something can be stored in your carry on.
